Noteworthy cases:

Gemma v. Gemma, 105 Nev. 458, 778 P.2d 429 (1989), established formula and procedure for dividing pension and other retirement benefits in divorce actions.

In re Melton, 128 Nev. 34, 272 P.3d 668 (2012), adopted modern trend to recognize and enforce a document as a Will which only disinherited persons and did not provide otherwise for any direction on distribution.

Matter of W. N. Connell and Marjorie T. Connell Living Trust, 393 P3d 1090 2017 WL 1828253, represented Petitioners in District Court action resulting in judgment in their favor, which was then appealed to Nevada Supreme Court, which approved the District Court’s decision.
