Kyle Fenton

Kyle is a licensed attorney practicing with the law firm of Albright, Stoddard, Warnick & Albright. Kyle was born in Texas but spent his childhood living in eight different states across the country, as Kyle’s father works in the hotel industry which required frequent moving. Kyle graduated high school from the Punahou Academy in Honolulu, Hawaii, which features esteemed alumni such as Barack Obama and Steve Case. After graduating high school and receiving a perfect score on his SAT writing exam, Kyle spent two years at UCLA before transferring to the University of Minnesota, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with distinction in 2019. Kyle then moved to Las Vegas to attend the William S. Boyd School of Law, University of Nevada - Las Vegas on a merit-based scholarship, where he graduated with cum laude distinction in 2022. While in law school, Kyle earned CALI awards in both Constitutional Law II and Resort, Hotel, Casino Law, meaning that he received the highest grade in the class. While also in law school, Kyle externed for the Honorable Timothy C. Williams, worked as a law clerk for a local personal injury firm, and served as the Treasurer of the Federalist Society at Boyd for two years. Since graduating and becoming licensed to practice law, Kyle has worked as an associate attorney practicing in civil litigation, personal injury law, business law, contract law, and homeowner’s association law. While not working for his clients, Kyle enjoys watching football, spending time with his family and friends, and traveling.
